Cool book - I've got the soft cover - Andy Mackay of Roxy Music, etc. I did a gig with John 
Cale over 20 years ago in Houston. I bought the book before the show at the Alabama 
Bookstore, then I remembered the Cale/Mackay connection. I showed him the book after the 
show and he didn't believe it was real at first - finally he said something like: "brainy little 
bugger."
