I did one and posted it. Details at http://www.modularsynthesis.com/modules/DJB-Power/djbpower.htm It's worked great ever since I installed it. I've not had a power supply latch up since. Since then Ken Stone did one that appears on his page http://www.cgs.synth.net/modules/cgs63_psd.html If I were to do it again, I might just use an AVR processor for the delay and use it to drive the relay directly. I'd need a +5 volt regulator for the AVR so the parts count may end up being the same.
