My email/web host switch over is still getting sorted out (grrr) so if 
you (or any one here for that matter) sent me anything recently and I 
didn't respond, I probably never saw it. I trust that the payments were 
received OK. If not, ping me back and I'll set up an alternate email 
account or something and get it taken care of ASAP.
