That's the question, isn't it ? I don't know the answer but, even
if the latitudes match, the longitudes won't as the unit widths
differ.

If you have a mainly Arrick system, here's an easy -- if ugly --
solution.

1. Cut two h x d x l pieces of wood where
  - h = the height of an Arrick mounting rail (on the order of 1 cm),
  - d = just enough wood to screw a wood screw in (say that ten
times fast), probably between 1 and 2 cm,
  - l = the sum of all your MOTM modules' widths, rounded up to
    the closest multiple of 2.125", E.G. for 10 U, 19.125".

2. Position the pieces of wood as if they were mounting rails and
carefully line up your MOTM modules on top of them. Mark where
   the MOTM fixing holes are.

3. Take one piece of wood and line it up with either end of an
Arrick mounting rail. Make a few marks along the wood where
there is an Arrick hole but no MOTM hole. Do the same with the
other piece of wood. Drill holes at the marks. Screw both
pieces of wood to their respective rails with countersunk head
machine screws (or the original cheese/pan head machine screws
but then you'll have to counter bore the holes so the heads
   doon't protrude from the wood).

4. Fasten the MOTM modules to the pieces of wood with cheese head
or pan head wood screws. (Countersunk head screws will work but
will take you to a new level of ugliness.)
