as a noob watching this convo from the sidelines - its a bit disheartening seeing all this "how does this affect my investment" sentiment. im sure many of you longterm wigglers have spent thousands over the years on MOTM and u have every right to bare its monetary value in mind, it just seems totally beside the main point. did u decide to invest in the beginning because u thought u could sell it on for more down the line?
sorry i dont mean to jibe anyone, but it reads like Paul defending his reasons/decisions to disgruntled "investors". is not he point of DIY to expand/evolve/build on what has come before... i spent over 8 months researching modular before spending a cent on my first module - and i chose MOTM format - carefully, based on quality, look and im sure alot of the same reasons everyone else in the group did. how the formats value would depreciate over time was';not one of them,
re other MOTM format brands - isnt there a lot more now than 5 years ago or is my history arseaboutface?
