Spam -- you visit an infected website, it downloads an app to your computer that harvests your email list and sends out links of itself to everyone on the list. I don't know this particular version but some monitor your keystrokes looking for 16 digits (your CC number) and 4 digits (expiry date) and they send these to a home server. Malware AntiBytes is a good free app to use.
