Sorry to anybody if I came off as Blacet bashing. That was not the
intention. The intention was to point out that it takes another $50 in new
pots, jacks, and such to bring one up to the standard of quality we all
enjoy with MOTM. I own two of the Blacet modules, as I was curious as to
how they were. No offense to those that built them stock. I just couldn't
do it. My hatred for mini-phone jacks is only surpassed by old PAiA style
4700 pin jacks. And, the dang knobs are just too close together.

I have two of the PAiA MID2CV8s from the 9700 series. I was NOT impressed.
I waited two years for them to come out. Then, once I found MOTM, ended
up getting a Kenton anyway. However, they were worth what I paid for them.

I would not disagree with this. I think I will find a niche for the two
Blacet modules I have.

These are great ideas for a modular-stupid guy like me. Keep 'em coming.
I'm taking notes.
