The venerable, and still one of my favorite programmable-preset machines, the Korg Polysix, has 30% of the electronics inside dedicated to the analog effects board, which (surprise) uses three MN3007 analog delay registers to provide chorus, phaser (sounds more like a mild flanger) and the best effect, the "ensemble" mode where the three delay lines are run at different rates and mixed together for an immaculate pad enhancement effect. (The Trident machines also have MN300x effects, though one is a dedicated flanger and the other a dedicated ensemble effector for the string section). I should really carry out my plan to cram one behind an MOTM-like panel and feed signals and CVs at it. The depth/speed is voltage-controlled already. If only I didn't have this other mountain of stuff to do first... Crow /**/
