MOTM

I have on vinyl "Zodiac" and "Black Mass" (aka "Black Mass by Lucifer," aka
"The Unexplained" aka "Abraxas"... you'd think with all those releases that
there would actually be copies available).

BM is actually one of my guilty-pleasure favorite albums of all time, as it
is for some of my friends. I know Wendy Carlos thinks "Tales from H&H" is so
spooky you shouldn't listen to it with the lights off (give me a break) but
BM is a much more fun eerie album. It's short, but has about 10 spooky cuts
rife with juicy analog synth, probably done on a 4-track (8 at most). Simple
stuff, but really wonderful. Must-have Hallowe'en album.

A friend also has some other Garson that he recently found used in a vinyl
store, but I haven't been by to hear or copy them yet.

on the "zodiac" front, i posted a quote from a moog interview about it 
yesterday. if  i`m wrong ( and i still could be ! ), at least we know the 
source.
beyond some of the commercials garson did the music for, i don`t think i`ve 
ever seen or heard anything else he`s done.
