Did we ever come to a consensus guess as to what JH is working on in that photo from a few days ago? The idea that it is a 7-band vocoder was shot down; could it be a 14-band vocoder? 7-Piecewisse/Band Interpolating Scanner? 7-segment LED driver from hell? A seven-channel red herring? Inquiring minds want to know! :-)
