It's similar in concept to the Melissa virus, only because it accesses Email address books. It only affects MS platforms with the Windows Scripting Host installed. You would find that under Start | Settings | Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs; Windows Settings tab. But unless you have the latest OS and/or Internet Explorer 5, you may not have the WSH at all.
