>"Yeah, whatever. Hey, what's that big black thing with all the knobs? >Call in the bomb squad, we got a domestic terrorist on our hands!" >(Not as funny as it sounds; an Aries owner in Canada says he had trouble >at the border one time, they insisted his Aries was military equipment.) You joke. I was flying out of Cleveland last spring using a buddy pass which means no checked baggage. So I had my MOTM in my small carry-on wrapped with shirts, socks, jacket, etc for protection. I was on my way to the first NJAHAJ (New Jersey Analogue Heaven Analogue Jamboree) and you wouldn't believe the extent of which I was accosted by airport security. They had a hard enough time with the laptop, pager, cell phone, DAT walkman, and custom headphone amp in my computer bag. But it got even worse when the carry-on went through the X-ray machine. They just stared and stared. And when they found the raw-frame Power One PS, they were really worried. To make things worse I had bumped into a friend of the female persuasion from Houston who had a layover, and she got to watch the whole thing. Ughh..... -Cary
