Well, since Paul is gone for about 10 days and can't slap me for talking about it, and the list is quiet, I want to tell a little about the VC Lag to get everyone excited about it. I have been beta testing / tweaking the PCB version. I have to tell you it is awesome. Unfortunately, the PCB will need 3 or 4 small revisions to accommodate the changes Paul made and the slight tweaks, so we have to wait a bit. And, of course, Paul wants to swap a few chips in and out just to make 100% certain this thing is up to MOTM standards. But, the performance of the one I have here now is incredible. Here are some of the most awesome things about it: Separate up control and down control AND, the up & down control. They are designed to be used separately (so one is all the way down when you are using the other). But, you can set the up & down control up about 10-20%, then get the individual up and down times you want with the individual controls, then use the up & down control to adjust / bias both together, even though they are separate times. If you turn them all three to max, I think it takes 1/2 day to get there. The linear / expo control is very cool. You can get that expo curve, but dial back to get rid of that "it takes forever to get the last 10 cents in pitch" thing. Much better than a switch cause you get infinite control between. The bypass switch. Let's just say that with mine (until Paul makes me send it back) dialed in, the voltage error / shift between lagged voltage and bypassed voltage is ~ 0.1mV... That's 0.0001 volts !! Even with two oscillators beat together and one through the lag and one not, switching the bypass on and off is completely undetectable ! Of course, voltage control of everything (except the linear / expo shape). And, THREE outputs. No multiple required here !! Larry ( the Stooge in Lag Heaven) Hendry
