I have panels at a silkscreener this very instant, including a DSC. I'd be interested in comparing costs with you afterwards. Several of us are designing panel graphics in CorelDraw, which Paul uses. In fact, I have CorelDraw templates with which you can knock out a design easily. It has jacks, knobs, and switches on separate layers, so you just delete the controls you don't want, and rename them. If you don't have CorelDraw, you can pick it up on eBay like I did for about $20.00 (for CorelDraw version 7). In addition, I've designed and had made a steel drill template which you bolt on for easy placement of holes.
