If you're gonna build your own mixer, easiest thing is to buy 1 or 2 of Tony Allgood's mixer pcbs, buy a few parts and stick it behind a MOTM panel. It uses a MOTM connector, the pots are spaced correctly, the boards mount using sturdy pot clips, and you can build a 3 input 1U or a 6 input 2U version. Choose your opamp to optimize for CV or audio mixing.
