I too am a recent recipient of an organ transplant: a few weeks ago I was given a Hammond M3, 1957 vintage spinet-style tonewheel organ. I'd never really considered owning a real Hammond before, B3's have always been way out of my means. This was given to a friend by his grandmother, and, since he never plays it and wants to refinish the floor underneath it, he gave it to me.
