All,
  I have the opportunity to get a copy of Dominic Milano's "Synthesizer 
Programming".  Does anyone have any info on this book?  Like what era it's 
from, what type of synthesizers it deals with, how indepth it goes, etc?  I 
think I'm definitely going to get it just to have it in my library of synth 
books, but if anyone has any info as to what I should be expecting I'd be 
happy to hear it!
