MOTM

Frac Rack panels do not "obey" the standard rack mounting Units in the
horizontal dimension. The standard Fractional Rack panel is 3" wide, which
is between 1U (1.75") and 2U (3.5"). I believe the FR grid goes up
(horizontally) in 1.5" increments and vertically in the rack-standard 1.75"
units.
