When using the flat rails (cough cough) or the MOTM-19As, there is a gap *on purpose* of 0.015 inches between panels. I *have* to do this to allow 'slop' in manufacturing and drilling. The corner screw holes are "over-sized" on *purpose* to allow you to scoot the panels together.
