If you are interested, I've posted two pictures of my small synth
studio that has been up and running for a few months (and, of course,
analog synths are featured).  The swing out door on the main rack for rear
access to cables might be of interest to someone who also has a 'small'
amount of space.

NOTE:  If you do not get access, please try again the next day -
apparently K-State restricts the number of hits to personal pages within a
24 hour period (yes, I know I should probably get another ISP, but it's
free and the number of hits/day to my pages is typically small).
