* Power Supply

There was some talk about a MOTM 950 Power Supply. Sounded like a
way to retrofit a 900 to an SKB case so it didn't take up so much
space. Is that anywhere on the horizon? Would the 900 be available
as a complete product as well?

Regarding cobbling your own Power Supply together. I was looking at
the recommended Power-One HBB15-1.5.

Someone mentioned picking some of these up for $20 surplus. Anyone
have a URL or other contact information for a source like that?

In addition to that supply you could pick up the MOTM-960 - is there
a generic alternative to this as well?

Then what? I guess a power cord, a power cord receptacle, and a
on/off switch, right? Anyone know if the Power-One comes w/ a fuse-
holder and fuse or is that something else to aquire?

Thanks much,

John

You have to check back - they sell lots of power supplies, but the
models vary.

No. You have to supply your own.

You want to get a power cord receptacle that has the fuse holder
built-in, just like the MOTM-900 has (Mouser #161-0717-1-187 or 161-
0717-187). Doesn't come with a fuse, though (since different power
supplies require different ratings).

Faston connectors for connecting the switch and cord receptacle are
also useful.
