Pointer knobs...Can anybody supply a few

Pointer knobs...Can anybody supply a few

2001-10-29 by elhardt@aol.com

I'm being asked if I can part with any additional pointer knobs by both Dave
Bradley and Larry Hendry. I was hoping that I won't need to give up anymore
from my limited stash. So I figured I'd post to the list to see if anybody
who already bought some from me is finding that they aren't going to be using
all that they bought. If so, post to the list and/or to:

elhardt@...
jlarryh@...
daveb2@...

and let us know how many extras you have. If nobody responds, I will
grudgingly supply a few.

Ken, I don't wish to deminish your personal stock. If no one has any they
want to part with, I would be willing to go in again to buy a lot for the
sharing. What is the magic number we need to buy to get that nice price?
In fact, if you don't want to mess with it, I will even take over the task
if you will forward me the contact information where thery were purchased.
Thanks for turning us onto these to start with. I like they way they feel
on a rotary switch.

Info to all involved. Since it turns out that Dave Bradley wants 24 pointer
knobs, that is way above what I imagined he wanted. So I can't help him out
there. And since Larry Hendry only needs 2, alt-mode can take care of that.
So I will extricate myself from all this and let you all figure out between
yourselves what to do.

Just for your info, if any of you decide to make a quantity purchase from
Cosmo Corp, you need to buy at least 100 to get the $1.50 price per knob.
The price shoots way up if you try to order any less than that.

I'd be interested in getting 20 of these beaks if anyone wants to get
together to make a group purchase.

I'll be getting a group purchase together as soon as I receive the
catalog. Apparently you can't order directly from the web site.

Count me in too Moe since you will be doing this.
Any other takers? I think we need only 100 knobs for
the decent $1.50 price.
