Newcastle-upon-Tyne is *great* for me.  I can bring along Xamples ov 
other bits to play w/ as well, EG Wiard modules.

And for me too. But then again, Sheffield's not that far either, and
probably easier to get to for the southern chaps. I vote for Sheffield.
