poly korg clone...

Agreed, Juergen is the man.. Its great to have you on our "side"....
Nice post on TGS, any more odd "vintage character" (ie: amplitude decreasing
along with pulsewidth on the Korg PS) things you've gleaned that you wouldn't
mind sharing with us?
For those of you who dont follow at TheGasStation (sonicstate.com), Juergen
posted about the Korg PS series... (due to their need for very simple
circutry so it would be financially and physically feasible to fit up to 144
voices inside a semi portable sized case), A quirk of these synths is that
when you modulate the pulse width, the amplitude also changes.. So if you
want to mimic a PS voice, mult the LFO or adsr not only to the pulse width of
your vco, but also to a vca, setting them so the amplitude =0 when the PW =0.
Then get a 410 of course..... Cool tip Juergen!!!!

The thread is "MOTM Passion". Skip the first 251 posts :)
Unless you want to read the MOTM bashing, and discover the true meaning of BLARG.
