The jack holes on these front panels is *snug*, due to the paint build-up. You can do a couple of
things here:

a) I actually "screw" the jack in the hole, as the threads "bite" into the paint. I then rub any
of the paint off and attach the hardware

b) use a "T-Reamer" giving it a few twists to remove the paint from inside the lining of the
hole.

In the future, I'll specify slightly larger jack holes :)

And....the WaveWarper pc board is off for prototype fab. Thanks to everyone showing interest. It
looks like I can buy 50 log chips (there is a price break at 50) without "restating earnings due
to anomalies in revenue reporting"......

I had tight jacks on my only other MOTM kit (Ultra VCO). Had to hit the
drill press, but no biggy. Paint has some real appearance advantages but
clean holes is not one of them.

Are the 490's shipping?
