This renames GATE 2 IN as CLOCK IN, as that is what it does 99% of the time. And the
'performance' buttons are grouped to the left side.

Overall I think it is a very nice layout - 'performance' buttons together
and near the 'value' knob, and renaming to Clock In and Gate In makes
those input functions much clearer.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
