Anyone know why:

when I hit 'reply' to a specific post and then change the address to
be the groups, not just that individual - and then I send it, it
says:"your mail has been posted" and these post apparently, aren't
really going or getting anywhere! drives me nuts!


this is one of the drawbacks to posting from "within" Yahoo, instead of from
your ISP... I have found that both hotmail and yahoo.... don't "always" send
mail I think due to system overloads... I simply created a name on my ISP
MOTMMarkk@... and I send from there.... I have always seen my post's
make it...

so, try changing that around a little, and you can receive your emails
directly to that new account too! Just change the preferences in the Yahoo
Gruops on where you want the post's to be sent. This seems to work MUCH
better...

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
