Case of the missing Neural Agonizers

Case of the missing Neural Agonizers

2005-04-13 by J. Larry Hendry

OK, so we all know the familiar story. Todd has taken your money for Neural
Agonizers and not delivered. I plan to try to locate Todd and see if I can
broker some kind of deal that will net everyone who has paid some
resolution. I am hoping to get your panels, your PCBs, and some of your
parts.

I believe Todd has more panels and PCBs than he sold completed units. So,
if I can get my hands on this, stock, I will sell the extras, and use the
proceeds get partial restitution for those who paid for a whole NA but will
get only a partial kit (I do not know how partial).

I have no idea if I will be successful. But, I promise I will try. I need
your help.

Please e-mail me privately if you paid Todd for this stuff and he did not
deliver. Tell me what you paid for (kit? assembled?), how you paid (paypal,
check to post office box, etc.), and how much you paid.

Also, since I believe there will be leftover panels and PCBs if this ever
becomes reality, please e-mail me if you are interested in purchasing those.
I have not exact prices. But, the PCBs would be whatever Scott was charging
for them and the panels are regular Stooge panels and will carry that
typical pricing. First preference would be given to anyone on Scott's
waiting list (if he has one).

Right now, I just need information. And, I can offer no promises of
success.

Stooge Larry

Disclaimer: Todd Faulkner, nor anyone else claiming to be a Stooge, is a
business partner of myself and/or Dave Bradley. Our business could actually
be called the 2 Stooges. However, there are a lot of great guys selling
stuff here that I would be happy to recommend privately.

So, why am I doing this? Our small Stooge business for custom products
(like cables and panels) depends on prepayment. We have never left anyone
knowingly dissatisfied or without what they paid for. So, I take it
personally when someone takes your money and does not deliver while using a
name than makes his sound as if he were associated with Dave and I.

I think you mean to say that Todd Faulkner is *not* a business partner
of yourself or Dave Bradley, right?

Just in case my lame choice of words did not make this clear. Todd is NOT a
business partner of Dave and I.

Next order of business. Where is my damn PSIM-1?

An unfortunate, but wise in my opinion, decision...

Good advice I should have first followed myself.
Done here too.
Thanks for the prompt John.

I think he's goofing on how similar these Todd F.s look, which they do. I'm guessing
Jay "Googled" T.F.

Back on topic, I know Larry went to great lengths to straighten out a previous Todd
F. fiasco over some Oakley kits. Also, Todd was recommended to me as a builder
(don't remember by who) and I sure glad I didn't take that advice.

Anyway, I make the motion that he be stripped of any future fake "stoogeness" and
be banned from the MOTM community! You people that are owed stuff from Todd
and Brice have my sympathy.

Went right over my head. I'm not the most perceptive Stooge. Sigh...
OK, I'm finally laughing now Jay.

PLEASE clue me in: it went over my head too, and I may owe Jay an apology...

Ok, fine. I didn't think it would be that difficult. Anyways...

They look alike, but more than that someone posted here earlier that he
moved recently? And this "TV" guy says he was from Ohio, where Todd was
supposed to be living before? Either it's an incredible coincidence, or it
might be him?

Oh, I get it now! I just didn't see the resemblence...sorry about that.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
