Hi.

Heard a loud FIZZT and my HTAA-16W-A now delivers +3.5/-15V. Anyone with
thoughts on what is blown?

No, I didn't check the original fuse which was 0.8A instead of 0.375A as it
should be for 240VAC.

Forget it - something was pulling it down to +3.5V. Removed it; 15V.

But I will change the fuse anyway :/
