Can a MOTM-900 power this VCO?

Can a MOTM-900 power supply, somehow, power this VCO: http://www.musicfromouterspace.com/analogsynth/VCO200503REV01/VCO200503REV01.html ??? If not, how should I go about powering this module? Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this question. Not sure where else. Cole
