If you are in the US, please do *NOT* fill in the 'country' in the order form 
(leave it alone). If you put "United States" in there it messes up the shipping.

I think I can figure out if you are in or not :)

The shopping cart app will be installed over the holidays and all of this 
nonsense will be resolved (to be replaced by different nonsense, probably).

I figured out why this happens to me (probably to many others). After I fill in my 'Name' I 
press 'Tab' to move to the next field. and my information is automaticaly entered by the 
browser which has the Address stored in its memory.... The browser chooses 'United 
States' not me!

Best is to just fill in the form and not press the Tab key.
