Prices include shipping and shipping insurance within North America. 
Both units are fully functional and front panels are in good cosmetic
condition. Both modules include power distribution cord, 4 mounting
screws, and paper documentation.

Modules are basically, not exactly, MOTM style (e.g., reduced number of
pot tick marks compared to MOTM front panels), and fit into a MOTM rack
(of course).

Components used in both modules: Switchcraft sockets, Omeg pots, Alco
knobs, Lumex LEDs, NKK switch, Schaeffer front panel (both panels look
similar to the ones pictured on the Oakley site, but with some slight
differences <see below>). Note that the internal photos on the Oakley
site do not apply to issue 1 modules.

Note that my module has a unicolor LED for the output LED.  Front panel
is nearly the same as the picture in the url, but with 11 tick marks
around each pot.

(b) Oakley state variable filter, issue 1. $165

Front panel layout is nearly the same as that pictured above, except
there are no lines (lower left in the Oakley picture), and there are 11
tick marks around each pot.  Note that you may want to check the
trimmer positions for your sound/cv preferences.
