I'm just picking up on this...

So am I to understand that there's a firmware upgrade for the '650 in the
works? And all that stands in its way is for a '650 to make its way to
Synthcom?

I'd be happy to lend one of mine for a reasonable period to Jeff to make
this happen.

I'd also be interested to know what changes/fixes are going to be in v1.4.

I've got a good chunk of a manual written, but it's based on the 
slightly different menus in V1.4.  Which, if I can ever acquire 
another 650, I should be able to send out a V1.4 beta within a week 
or so.  Does anyone have a 650 they want to sell?  I've been trying 
to buy one as they trickle into the SynthTech store, but they're 
always sold out by the time I get there.  :(
