A flanger is just a delay line with a relatively short delay that's being
modulated by an LFO and mixed back in with the dry signal, so sure!

Would it be possible to make a module to do both analog delay and flanger
effects?

I know these are considered modulation effects and usually are grouped
together in digital effect modules.
