Hi Everyone,
 I'm building my first 320.  At the top of page 11,  the instructions 
state "Find the 2 tiny turret posts...."  Can someone describe these 
posts to me?  I guess I don't know what to look for,  or they were 
accidentally omitted from my kit.

It's been awhile since I built mine, so I'm not sure, but I think the
turrets were packed in the MISC bag. They are small turned metal posts with
pins, that you first solder into the pcb, then later solder the LED wires to
the top. It allows you to assemble the pcb first, then solder the LED wires
in from the front, without trying to solder to the top of the board.
