Paul asked me to pass this along.  His supply of proto boards is getting
"lowish."  If you are planning to build a 831 or 822 and plan to want
protoboards from Paul, you should let him know asap so he can get some more
made.  Of course, you can build the 831 and 822 on generic PCB proto boards
that have this typical IC style pattern.  The difference would be the lack
of a specific layout for MOTM power connector.  I can suggest others on
which the 831 and 822 layouts would fit.

I also have a few of Paul's protoboards and could part with some if
necessary.
