Can anyone identify a 14 pin dip marked 3821N and 7337? I need a pinout! It's in my Moog 1150 ribbon controller. What voltage does it take on pin 14?

Best place to look www.icmaster.com It's too old to be there. I will say 7337 is the date code (37th week of 1973). What elses is on the chip? Logo? A service manual would help!! The only other markings are the "3821N" and a big block "S", if I remember right probably the Signetics logo. Dave Bradley Principal Software Engineer Engineering Animation, Inc. daveb@...

That is correct, Signetics it is. Suggest: just ask Dr. Bob directly! Paul S. -----Original Message----- From: Dave Bradley <daveb@...> To: motm@onelist.com <motm@onelist.com> Date: Monday, June 21, 1999 9:56 AM

AHA! Hugo is correct. This is an "upgrade" to a LM3046! Pin-fo-pin. It is mentioned deep within early Electronotes (around #20 or so) Paul S.
