Medium-rare.  A couple of months ago I got a TEC (Thermal Energy Corporation) 
grill, which is the "MOTM" of gas grills.  Develops over 800 degrees F at the 
grilling surface.  Amazing.  Biggest problem now is finding meat worthy of 
being placed on this fine piece of machinery.

least of what they carry.  they're located 15-20 miles south of
