Hi all,

I'm picking up the PCBs for ADSR/VCA, Noise/Filter, MultiMix2, Envelope
Follower and Mixer/output modules tomorrow. Shipping should start
sometime this week. Thanks to all those who have waited patiently.

Also: New User Guides now up for ADSR/VCA, MultiMix2 and Envelope
Follower on my site. The other two newbies to follow over the next ten
days or so.

Hi all,

Noise/Filter module 'User Guide' and updated schematic up on line:

www.techrepairs.freeserve.co.uk/noise.htm

And some pictures too. I just bunged the modules on the scanner plate
and pressed 'go' They came out OK I think. Groovy red Babylon-5
Hyperspace look to the background too.

Plenty of other modules too. Due to popular demand the Little-LFO will
be reincaranted in late March, but in an improved format.

I am really down with Oakley modules which are NOT somehow represented in
the current MOTM lineup.

I don't feel this module falls into that category. I will let other voice
their opinions from here.

And why isn't it 1U????????????????????

Cheers!

it's sure no 101, being that it has filters built-in. and second, it's got
that "infrared" output... yeah you could do all of what it does with a few
motm modules, but if we want to do what the oakley noise module does
*plus* other stuff with the necessary modules (320, 420, 101, 820, etc.)
then i'd love to use one of these.

modules are all so different, even when they ostensibly serve the same
purpose... that's part of why we're into modulars, so we can mix and match
these differences and quirks to create the music/weird noises we want to
create.

i'm okay with it.

bleep.
out.
