Shelf-Life question

2001-01-20 by pow333@hotmail.com

I just got to pick through several crates of old Archer parts on
cardboard cards. Got a lot of switches and knobs. Do capacitors,
resistors, and diodes go bad if they've just been sitting in a box
gathering dust for years?
Thanks

Nawww! I got some great knobs with red and green insets and an
absolutely godless amount of ridiculously esoteric jack adapters ( 1/8"
female to 3/32"male, rca mono to 1/8" male stereo), all old enough to
bear "made in japan" on the cards.
