OK, the huge question on my mind is... how is Eric's Metasonix Hellfire?!?
Every NAMM report I've read so far has said they saw it, but didn't hear it.
(Sorry, I already know the MOTM kicks major f#cking ass...)

--PBr, anxiously awaiting those pictures...

It does sound "different". He was handing out a demo tape of it. Go to
www.metasonix.com

and ask for one.

Slightly OT: Don't know about the Hellfire, but I have a Phattytron on order
from Eric, and I believe it shares some common design elements with the
Hellfire. Be glad to share my Phattytron impressions with anyone who wants
to know, once I get it.

Mike

It is/was discontinued, but Eric had enough parts to make one last PT...
with a few mods, even.

RE: [motm] I have returned (barely)

2001-01-23 by Cary Roberts

It sucks. Maybe if it were in a module for $200 I'd think about buying the
waveshaper, but otherwise I was left totally unimpressed. Then again, I was
unimpressed by his monosynth when it was out a few years ago, and his
attitude can suck at times too.
