They come, they go

They come, they go

Moments ago, the last 822 PCB was spoken for. The only two that
remain to be sold are currently 80% complete in the construction
stage. So, I will be selling two 822 modules completely assembled,
tested and ready to roll once Moe Bradley's next panel run is a done
deal. I know some here don't build, so this is my way of including
you if you want.

I still have 831 PCBs. I will be offering the 831 as PCB only, a
full kit, and/or a VERY limited number of assembled modules.

If you are interested in any of this stuff, e-mail me privately for
prices and such. (please use this e-mail address until my ISP gets
his act together. I am finally getting 2 day old motm posts with my
permanent mail address.

I will have lots of photos up at my web site tomorrow.

Obviously, this is a good time to take action on any 822 or 831 stuff
since Moe Bradley's panel run is getting close. I need to order up
enough panel fronts for everyone that currently needs one and and
near term future deals (I will be contacting you panel-less PCB
owners in a few days).

If I get enough people mail me and say they are sorry they missed the
822 PCBs, I will have another run made. But obviously, that could
not happen for just 2 or 3.

The bottom line is, speak now or forever hold your peace. I am ready
to put this project behind me and start on the next one. Remember,
even though it doesn't appear like it, this was a DIY project.

My next project will be have all issues 100% resolved before I start
leaking plans. I am not qualified to do this work, but I can keep
hacking at it until I get it right (I think). My next project will
be a TUBE, preamp with overdrive capabilities. It might work, it
might flop, but I will have fun trying to make something decent. If
the rest of the $100-150 stuff on the market is like that Art
Levelar, then something needs to be done. I thought it sucked.
Since I have found a nice shop for metal work, I plan for the tube
module to have all high voltage parts FULLY enclosed.
