We got booked to open for Bob Seger at a club near Lake Erie (SURF PLACE) and did all of our proggier material. Bob sat there watching us from the side of the stage the whole time. He came up to me after and said "Man, that Mellotron sounded incredible!" Next time I heard him a few years later, his band had gotten one! (used on TURN THE PAGE for instance) I only tell you this because I just heard that tune on the radio in my truck....
