Thanks Norm, Excellent explanation. I can see how the revolving version would be an improvement in terms of less wear/chance of sticking on the tapes. I never knew what to call the "little pulley thingy" at the bottom of the tape frame. Now all I need to know is how much the empty frames cost and what shipping charges would be from UK to US.
