Glissando with the fleshy palm of your hand as the rounded corners of the B's keys are perfect for it.

Subject: [newmellotrongroup] Hammond B3?
So, a drummer friend messaged me that his guitarist(who owns more vintage gear{but no Mellotrons} than you can imagine) wanted to know if I would come over and play His B3 on some Pink Floyd tunes.....(i think he has no clue about how to play the keyboard....) I was like... RIGHT NOW PLEASE! anyway, i've only sat down at a Hammond a couple days in my life. I have been learning the tunes and watching some online tutorials. (go ahead and f'n laugh!) Any advice from you regular Hammond users? I think i'll be o.k. with a basic setting and snapping that Leslie on and Off. Mostly i am thankful for another sitting at a legend.Message
