Mike, examples of where the Streetly tape library mentions explicit improvements to the original sounds... (not that I'm saying these don't sound like improvements - but if purists are going to carp about any remastering of the M4000D sounds...)
Woah, Hang on there. The first two refer to earlier generation copies being found - not some weird re-hacking of the sounds to make them sound 'better'. They have better fidelity but are in themselves untouched. That's totally different to the 'improvements' we were speaking about.
