Seriously , I have run them through guitar amps, reverb, and whatever to get the sound I wanted like the albums
I listened to.  Sorry if my ears aren't as Mellotron astute as some here but I wasn't trying to put down the tape machines
in any way....I think you know that.....actually I was expecting that response from Frank! :)
