Hi again. Not all my message came through. My association with my buddy's player piano began with a phone call like this: "Hey Bruce, old pal, do you want to help me move something?" From the tone of his voice I knew exactly what was to be moved. -Bruce D. ________________________________ From: Bruce Daily <pocotron@yahoo.com> To: "newmellotrongroup@yahoogroups.com" <newmellotrongroup@yahoogroups.com> Sent: Thursday, January 5, 2012 2:33 PM Subject: Re: [newmellotrongroup] Re: OT...my new favorite performance Wow! Das' a whole lotta keys at once! I love those old player pianos. They were one of the modern mechanical wonders back at the turn of the 20th century. A friend of mine got one for free, along with plenty of rolls. It is a pump version, and never was converted to electric. ________________________________ From: ClayE <ecclesreinson@rogers.com> To: newmellotrongroup@yahoogroups.com Sent: Wednesday, January 4, 2012 7:55 AM Subject: [newmellotrongroup] Re: OT...my new favorite performance Imagine the db's in the room!
