    Looks like you already had the "rounding" dialed in on those outer ribs, my mistake.  Height was the only issue.

     Your draft looks pretty darn good!  I agree with
 David, the outer ribs run all the way from the bottom flange
 to just below the top edge.  The sides & tops of the
 ribs are rounded, if possible.
  
     The crack I noticed was isolated to the middle of the
 cover body, across the area where the tension ring locates,
 and may have been there already.  Thanks for the offer of a
 cap, though!
 
 The description of the cap Mr. Leete describes would be a
 "bayonet" mount (similar to BNC connectors and
 many automotive light applications).  This makes me wonder
 if there were production variations in the switch/cap combo,
 and might be worth researching.
 
 It is amazing your printer is capable of reproducing
 something this small with accuracy.  I look forward to the
 results.
