If you sit on a stool of the proper height its ok. The trick is to get all  
of the tapes in first, then push them down with the tool. If you are going to  
buy frames already laced, why bother? Also, if you are feeding new tapes in to 
 replace old ones, just tape the new tapes to the old ones and use the old 
ones  to drag the new ones into place.
